Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce

Simple and delicious Bolognese Pasta. If you make a lot of meat sauce, it can also be used as a pizza base.

Pork cubes cut into small cubes, a bowl of homemade tomato sauce. Chop 1/3 of the onion into small cubes, mince two pieces of garlic, black peppercorns, appropriate amount of dried basil and oregano.

Add a little oil to the wok, stir-fry the fat meat first, then the lean meat.

As soon as the meat changes color, add the onions and sauté the onions to release their aroma

Add homemade tomato sauce.

Stir well and turn up the heat.

Add some dried basil and oregano, and grind some black pepper.

After the juice is reduced over high heat, I added some tomato sauce and cooked it to make the juice thicker.

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly.

Reduce the sauce to your preferred consistency and add cheese powder before turning off the heat.

Add water to the pot, add an appropriate amount of pasta, and cook until you like the texture.

Take out the pasta, use the water in the pot to cook some side dishes, spoon in the meat sauce, mix well and serve. Can also be used as pizza sauce.
