Overview

I don’t have much exposure to baking, but I have a strong interest~ This is the first time I made this biscuit. There are many shortcomings, the appearance is not refined enough, and it is a bit over baked, and the color is heavy~ It is a semi-failure, but it also accumulated a lot of experience for me in the future baking journey, and I will try to do better next time~

  7. Divide the dough into 2 parts

  8. Set aside one part, add cocoa powder to the other part, and knead slowly until the cocoa powder is completely integrated into the dough and it becomes cocoa dough

  9. Roll out 2 pieces of dough into dough, use a grinder to press out the shape of a flower, and then use a decorating tool to press out the center of the circle

  10. Swap the dough in the center of the two circles

  11. Place the processed flower dough into the baking pan
