Curry Chicken Wings
Overview
My favorite is the chicken wings. The meat is very tender and delicious no matter how you cook it. It tastes especially good with curry and rice. Adding braised sausage to the rice makes it even more delicious. I have six boxes at once, and I no longer have to worry about curry rice without seasoning. It’s so enjoyable!

Break off a curry cube, add a small amount of water and heat it in the microwave for 10 seconds. After melting, add a little water to make a paste. Add the chicken wings, mix well, and marinate overnight.

Cut carrots and potatoes into hob cubes.

Pour oil into the pot, add a few peppercorns, add carrots and potatoes and stir-fry.

Add marinated chicken wings.

Add water to cover the vegetables, add another curry cube, mix well, cover the pot and simmer until the juice is reduced.

After the juice is reduced, turn off the heat and add it for a very fresh taste.
