【Crispy Fried Chicken Nuggets】---Hygienic, safe, so your family can eat with confidence

It’s been over a year since I cooked fried chicken for my children because she said they shouldn’t eat too much fried food, haha. The summer vacation is coming to an end. I took advantage of my break to buy half a fresh three-yellow chicken and made a plate of crispy fried chicken nuggets. It was delicious. But after eating, a large cup of chrysanthemum tea is a must for each person.

Rinse the chicken and chop into large pieces. Add the above seasonings.

Stir evenly and let it sit for two hours to absorb the flavour.

Take a box of fried chicken powder, mix it with some oil and water to make a crispy slurry, put the chicken pieces in and coat it with a layer of slurry. (The garlic and ginger above need to be cleaned first)

Then put it on the bread crumbs and coat it with a layer of crumbs.

Boil the water in the pot, pour about 300 grams of peanut oil in and heat it (but don't smoke). Then put the chicken pieces in gently. Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and use chopsticks to turn the chicken pieces over one by one. Then continue to fire and explode.

Cook until the chicken is cooked through, but not too cooked. This way it tastes crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Just put it on a plate and serve, or you can dip it in some tomato sauce or something.
