Heat the oil for nine minutes, put the chili and garlic into the wok, stir-fry for one minute

Add a few drops of vinegar and stir-fry for three or four times

Add the tofu, stir-fry for 7 to 8 times, add five or six drops of soy sauce, and stir-fry over high heat for 6 to 7 minutes.
