Wrap the outside of the removable bottom cake mold with tin foil, add 1CM of hot water to the baking pan, pour the cake batter vertically into the mold, and shake out the bubbles from a high position. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, heat the middle layer up and down, and after 40 minutes in the water bath, turn to 150 degrees and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
