Brown sugar, red date and soy milk
Overview
Soy milk is nutritious, plus fragrant red dates. I like it sweet, so I added brown sugar. The shelf life of soy milk is 6 hours, so it is recommended to drink it freshly made. For children with poor digestion, it is recommended to drink smaller portions.

Soak the soybeans in cold water in advance.

Rinse the soaked soybeans

Cut 5 red dates and remove the pits

Put the soybeans and red dates into the soy milk machine and add four bowls of water. (Add water as you like. If you like it thicker, add less water. If you like it thicker, add more water.)

Select wet beans for the soy milk machine and start

When the soy milk is ready, add chopped brown sugar and stir to dissolve or continue cooking.

It's ready to drink when it's ready. The soy milk bubbles, which proves it's cooked.
