Wash and peel the white radish.

Slice first.

Shred again.

Heat oil in a pan, add a few peppercorns and fry them. If you like it spicy, you can add dried chili peppers at the same time to make it more delicious.

Add shredded radish and stir-fry for a few times, then add a little vinegar and soy sauce.

If you like it crispy, continue to stir-fry a few times before serving. I made it for my kids, so I simmered it for a while.
