Small pumpkin with bean paste
Overview
When making pumpkin pie, I cut a big pumpkin, made small pumpkin buns, and added bean paste filling. It was beautiful and delicious, and my son loved it.

Peel and wash the pumpkin and steam it in a pot.

Crush it into puree while hot.

Add sugar and mix well.

Add rice flour and glutinous rice flour.

Use chopsticks to stir into a fluffy consistency.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into even portions.

Take one portion, round it and press it into a cake shape.

Add the bean paste filling and wrap it up with the seam facing down.

Arrange it into a round shape and use a spatula to press the pumpkin marks.

All done.

Use small pieces of garlic sprouts to make pumpkin stems.

Steam until cooked, boil for 12 minutes.
