Purple Grape Steamed Dumplings
Overview
I don’t know if this bunch of purple grapes belongs to the category of steamed dumplings. In short, it is made of hot noodles and stuffed inside. It can be called a bun or a dumpling. It is my own original creation. Because it was made at the same time as those series of fancy steamed dumplings, I put it in the steamed dumpling series. The purple color used is a natural plant pigment - cooked mulberries and homemade strawberry jam are mixed and then kneaded into the dough. It has a pure color and a strong fruity aroma when eaten. The leaves are made from hot spinach noodles. The filling in the middle is made of pork and cabbage. If it is replaced with bean paste or jam, it will complement the fruity flavor of the skin. Both mulberries and strawberry jam were bought when the fruit was on the market in large quantities. The whole fruit or jam was boiled by oneself, sealed in a clean bottle, and stored in the refrigerator. In short, this article is just an idea for making pasta. If you have a baby at home, you can take the baby to make it together, which is a parent-child activity and you can enjoy delicious food at the same time. But please be careful not to let babies who are too young eat this. After all, the grape beads are too small, only as big as a garlic clove. Be careful when eating them!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Boiled mulberries and strawberry jam are ready
-
Take an appropriate amount into a bowl
-
After stirring evenly, cover the small plate, put it in the microwave, and heat it over medium heat for two minutes
-
After taking it out of the oven, grind it slightly with a spoon
-
Sieve and remove the small seeds from the mulberries
-
Prepare the flour and sifted jam. I use wheat core essence powder. The pasta made with this flour is more chewy. Other medium-sized flours can also be used
-
Stir into a dough that is neither soft nor hard
-
Place the dough on the counter, add 8 grams of corn oil, and continue kneading
-
Knead into a smooth and moist dough, put it into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 30 minutes before using
-
Prepared pork and cabbage stuffing
-
Take an appropriate amount of dough, use your hands to pull out dough balls the size of longan, and roll them into balls
-
Roll it into a thin round piece and put stuffing in the middle
-
Take a piece of garlic to compare. It is the smallest bun I have made so far
-
Take a small piece of spinach dough, shape it into a grape leaf shape, and use a spoon to carve out the veins on it
-
With the folds of the buns facing down, place them directly on a plate, cover them with leaves, put them in a steamer, steam them for about 15 minutes after the water boils, turn off the heat and simmer for a minute before taking them out
-
Although the steamed grapes are deflated, their color is more beautiful

There are also fillings. The more I look at them, the more I like them
