Bacon Chiba Tofu
Overview
Ever since I had a Chiba Tofu dish in a restaurant outside, I fell in love with Chiba Tofu, especially its QQ texture. It is very chewy and can be fried, stir-fried, stewed, roasted or eaten in hot pot. Today I recommend a dish using Thousand-page Tofu as the main ingredient - Bacon Thousand-page Tofu. I still had half a pack of bacon left from the last recording of the show at home, so I put it together. The root is one of the three main varieties of Western-style meat products (ham, sausage, bacon). In addition to its delicious salty flavor, its flavor also has a rich smoky aroma.
