Chocolate cookies
Overview
In fact, this time I wanted to challenge a low-end version of macarons, using low-gluten flour instead of almond flour. Hahaha, the first time it ended in failure... There was no delicate skin and no beautiful skirt. I tried one without any hope, but it turned out to be delicious. I mixed it with some chocolate sauce, like a small biscuit~

Put the egg whites into a water-free and oil-free bowl.

Add sugar in three batches.

Whisk until medium-dry peaks form, with small curves forming.

Weigh the red yeast powder, cake flour and powdered sugar.

Mix and sift twice.

Add the powder into the egg whites in 5 batches.

Mix well.

After mixing evenly, put it into a piping bag.

Squeeze it onto a baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Let cool after baking.

Add chocolate sauce.
