Overview

In fact, this time I wanted to challenge a low-end version of macarons, using low-gluten flour instead of almond flour. Hahaha, the first time it ended in failure... There was no delicate skin and no beautiful skirt. I tried one without any hope, but it turned out to be delicious. I mixed it with some chocolate sauce, like a small biscuit~

  1. Put the egg whites into a water-free and oil-free bowl.

  2. Add sugar in three batches.

  3. Whisk until medium-dry peaks form, with small curves forming.

  4. Weigh the red yeast powder, cake flour and powdered sugar.

  5. Mix and sift twice.

  6. Add the powder into the egg whites in 5 batches.

  8. After mixing evenly, put it into a piping bag.

  9. Squeeze it onto a baking sheet.

  10. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for about 15 minutes.
