Chaiye Tofu

Overview

Chai leaf tofu, in fact, has nothing to do with beans. It is made from the leaves of a wild shrub called tofu chai. It is emerald green in color and is a pure organic green food. It melts in your mouth and has an excellent taste. It is also rich in nutrients, rich in protein and vitamin C. It can clear away heat and detoxify, making it a good summer treat.

  1. Prepare a piece of Chaiye tofu.

  2. Wash onions, ginger and garlic.

  3. Cut the Chaiye tofu into rectangular slices, mince the garlic and shred the ginger.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. (Forgot the shredded ginger)

  5. Add chai leaf tofu and stir-fry.

  6. Add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, etc., mix well and serve.
