Soak the prunes in water one day in advance and set aside;

Remove the tendons and heads and tails from the green beans, fold into palatable segments, wash and set aside;

Dice onion and shred ginger, set aside;

Hot pot, cold oil;

Add the green beans and stir-fry until they change color slightly;

Add onion and ginger and saute until fragrant;

Add the prunes and stir-fry, add soy sauce, salt and sugar and stir-fry evenly;

Add water and stir fry for 1~2 minutes;

Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
