  1. Soak the prunes in water one day in advance and set aside;

  2. Remove the tendons and heads and tails from the green beans, fold into palatable segments, wash and set aside;

  3. Dice onion and shred ginger, set aside;

  4. Hot pot, cold oil;

  5. Add the green beans and stir-fry until they change color slightly;

  6. Add onion and ginger and saute until fragrant;
