Braised eel segments

Today is the first time I upload stir-fried dishes. Previously I uploaded baking. I hope you all like it.

Prepare the ingredients

Slaughter and wash the eel, cut it into a suitable length, and then cut a few slits on the back, which will make it more delicious

Heat oil in a pan and add homemade bacon

Sauté over low heat until fragrant, forcing out the oil from the bacon

Add garlic cloves, ginger slices, peppercorns and star anise

After frying until fragrant, add eel segments

Continue to stir-fry

Then add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce

Add salt and sugar, sugar is for freshness

Stir-fry until evenly browned, then add boiling water to cover the eel segments

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until the flavor is absorbed

Before serving, add a little chicken essence and green onions (I ran out of green onions today)
