Steps
-
Except for the butter, put all the ingredients into the bread machine, put the liquid on the bottom, make a well in the middle of the flour, add the yeast, and start the kneading process for 20 minutes!
-
Add butter and continue kneading process for 20 minutes!
-
It can pull out the film and start the fermentation process in 1:30 minutes!
-
Ferment until 2 to 3 times the original size,
-
Take out the exhaust, knead it into a ball, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
Roll out into a rectangular sheet! The thinner the better!
-
Use a cutter to cut into long strips, like noodles!
-
Connect the last two strips, roll them into a round strip as thick as the head of a chopstick, and place it in this shape
-
As shown in the picture, press the noodles below on the circle on the right
-
Then press the right one on the upper circle, as shown in the picture
-
Then press the top noodles on the left circle,
-
Then pass the left noodle through the first noodle circle,
-
Turn it around once and come back, and the simple Chinese knot is complete!
-
If you want to make it more complicated, repeat the above method, braid one more circle, make a knot at the end, press the two ends of the noodles together to form one piece, use a cutter to cut into thin strips, and you are done
-
Place tin foil on baking sheet, place on tin foil!
-
Do everything in turn,
-
I used the scraps to make red roses. I rolled the dough into long strips and cut it into small mounds. I rolled the dough into thin slices and stacked them one by one, as shown in the picture. (If you are not sure, you can check out my recipe for how to make red roses for more details.)
-
Lift it up and make a cut in the middle,
-
Do everything well,
-
Place on a baking sheet, leaving space in the middle, and ferment for the second time until it doubles in size (obviously larger). Preheat the oven,
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes, keep an eye on it, and put tin foil on top when baking for 10 minutes to prevent it from burning! Smell the aroma and bake it for a while, then it's ready (the temperature is determined by your own oven)
-
The presentation is so beautiful!
-
It’s also beautiful on a different plate!
-
Add three red roses, so beautiful! A red thread is endowed with the source of life; it turns thousands of times, intertwined with hope; it intersects up and down, interpreting dreams.
