Ingredients
Steps
-
Soften butter in advance
-
After softening, add powdered sugar
-
Use a hand mixer to mix evenly (just stir slowly, do not beat the butter)
-
Add the egg white in three batches and mix evenly with a manual egg beater. Do not beat the ingredients too fast to avoid beating the ingredients. (Stir evenly and then add the next one each time.)
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix evenly with a rubber spatula to form a batter. Place into a piping bag. (When doing it alone, you can put the piping bag in a larger container to make it easier to pour the batter)
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place the tile cake mold.
-
Squeeze the batter into the tile mold and smooth the batter with a scraper
-
Remove the tile mold and shape the remaining batter in the same way.
-
Then sprinkle with sliced almonds
-
Preheat the oven to 180°. Turn the heat up and down and bake for 6-8 minutes
