Nutritious pumpkin cured fried rice is simple to make and is very popular with my snack foodies. I must make it every three to five times.

  1. Prepare 200 grams of pumpkin, peel, wash and cut into cubes.

  2. Two sections of sausage, 6 soaked mushrooms, 80 grams of onions, 50 grams of carrots.

  3. Wash 250 grams of rice.

  4. Put the pumpkin and rice into the inner pot of the rice cooker and add an appropriate amount of water. Put it into the rice cooker and turn on the cooking button until it ends. (The amount of water and the flat surface of the pumpkin are enough)

  5. Wash and cut the radish, onion, sausage and mushrooms.

  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry mushrooms until dry.

  8. Add the sausage, carrots and onions and stir-fry until the sausage is oily.

  9. Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry until cooked.

  10. Add the pumpkin rice and stir-fry.

  11. Finally, add the oyster sauce in the seasoning, chicken powder sesame oil and about a spoonful of water, stir-fry the pumpkin rice together until evenly flavored and turn off the heat. (If you have a strong taste, you can also add an appropriate amount of salt to the oyster sauce and stir-fry it with rice)
