Chocolate Almond Cookies
Overview
The chocolate flavor of this biscuit is very strong, using a full 80 grams of dark chocolate. When it was baked for 8 minutes, the rich flavor of chocolate began to fill the room. I really liked it. The addition of almond slices adds a layer of texture and sometimes makes you want to eat it, but it is also delicious to roast the thin almond slices until they are brown and eat them directly.
