Lean Corn and Green Pepper Pizza
Overview
Ever since I first learned about DIY baking, I have always wanted to make a good-looking and delicious pizza. I was so excited today that I started to make it without thinking too much. Because I didn’t prepare the materials before, I made it with the materials readily available in the refrigerator. After it was done, it didn’t look very good, but my LG ate three pieces and it seemed to taste pretty good;-)

-
No photos were taken of the large collection of preparation materials. Mix high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour and sugar, soak the yeast in warm water, add it to the flour and knead it into a dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.
-
Heat the oil in a pan, put the marinated lean meat and corn into the pan and stir-fry until cooked, then add the onions and peppers into the pan and stir-fry. (I didn’t take any photos of the fried lean meat and corn, so I’ll omit them here.)
-
Divide the rested dough into two parts and roll both into round dough. (Put one part in the refrigerator to freeze and take it out next time you make it.) Roll the edges inward, poke many small holes in the bottom of the dough with a fork, and coat with egg wash. Put it in the microwave oven and bake for about fifteen minutes.
-
Take it out after baking, spread it with homemade pizza sauce, and add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
-
Add onions, green peppers, corn and lean meat, then add a layer of pizza sauce and cheese.
-
Bake in light wave oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes and 190 degrees for 5 minutes. (The temperature is set according to the characteristics of your own oven.)
-
After a long time, it became a little scorched.
