Crucian carp soup
Overview
The recipe for this crucian carp soup is simple and milky in color. You can make it at home without adding milk! If you have a baby, use gauze to filter both sides of the stewed crucian carp soup, and then add it to rice or noodles as a complementary food for your baby.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients (the crucian carp I chose has roe, so I washed it separately)
-
Heat the pan and add an appropriate amount of lard (it is recommended to use lard, animal protein and lard go well together, the fried crucian carp is very fragrant, and the soup is milky white and rich)
-
Add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant
-
Gently slide in the crucian carp, turn down the heat and fry until
-
After one side is cooked, flip and fry the other side
-
Fry both sides until slightly golden, add an appropriate amount of boiling water (it is best to add boiling water, which can retain the nutrients of animal protein to a greater extent)
-
Turn on medium heat and simmer again
-
After boiling the pot, turn down the heat and simmer
-
Until the soup becomes rich and the fish aroma comes out (this process takes about half an hour)
-
Gently put the washed vegetables into the soup and bring to a boil
-
Pour into a bowl and season with a little salt

You can make the milky white crucian carp soup at home. You don’t need to add milk. The crucian carp is very fresh, so just add some salt
