Prepare materials. Place two baking trays and add appropriate amount of white sugar to each.

Shred the toast. Crack the eggs into the bowl.

After whisking the egg liquid, pour in pure milk and mix well.

Pour a little egg milk liquid and sugar into the baking pan and mix well.

Then put the toast and dried cranberries into the egg milk mixture.

Continue to pour the remaining egg milk into the baking pan, then put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes on the middle and lower racks, until the pudding is fluffy and golden brown on the outside.
