Overview
Every time I eat braised prawns, I am reminded of my childhood. A dish that is eaten every Chinese New Year. It is not only a delicious dish on the table but also a childhood memory. First remove the shrimp gun, shrimp whiskers and shrimp threads.

Cut green onions into rings.

This is the required seasoning, it’s very simple!

Add sugar to the cold oil, turn on medium-low heat, and simmer slowly. Stir constantly.

Wait until the sugar melts and turns light yellow, then add the shrimp. (Reference picture)
