Prepare ingredients

Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Add yogurt to egg yolks and mix well

Stir evenly into egg yolk paste

Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir until there are no lumps. Set aside

Beat the egg whites until fish-eye bubbles appear. Add 1/2 of the white sugar. Continue to beat until fine. Add the remaining white sugar until the egg whites become sharp hooks

Take half of the meringue and put it into the egg yolk batter and mix evenly. Pour the well-mixed cake batter into the remaining meringue and continue to mix evenly

Pour into the mold to knock out any bubbles and place in the oven at 170 degrees for 50 minutes

After baking, turn it upside down and remove from the mold after cooling

I added the dragon fruit grain noodles cooked and mixed with yogurt, and garnished with some blueberries. It also tastes great when eaten plain!
