Wonton wrapper spring rolls
Overview
How do you like to eat the leftover wonton wrappers or dumpling wrappers? Save it for next time. I don’t want to use it after a long time because it doesn’t feel fresh! Making scallion pancakes feels too greasy, so I might as well make them into spring rolls and wrap a few spring rolls for breakfast.

Prepare wonton wrappers and cooking oil

Brush a layer of oil on the wonton skins and brush evenly

After brushing, overlap 3-4 pieces and roll them into thin slices with a rolling pin

Put it into a steamer with boiling water and steam over high heat for 5 minutes to make spring roll wrappers
