Overview
Shiitake mushrooms are delicious, fragrant and nutritious, and are known as the Queen of Plants. It is a fungus food with high protein, low fat, polysaccharide, multiple amino acids and multiple vitamins. Soak the mushrooms in water in advance.

Thinly slice the tofu and shred it into shreds.
