Mix all the ingredients except corn chips and butter and knead them into a dough. Knead until the surface of the dough is smooth. Add butter. Knead until the dough can pull out a thin and unbreakable glove film. Then add sweet corn chips and knead slightly evenly;

Place the kneaded dough in a basin, wrap it in plastic wrap, and ferment at a temperature of 28°C for about 60 minutes;

Take out the air from the fully fermented dough, divide it into 3 equal parts, and roll them into rounds one by one. Do not overly squeeze out the air already in the dough, and do not destroy the continuity of the gluten. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes;

Roll out the dough, roll it into a cylindrical shape, put it into a 450g toast mold, and ferment for 60 minutes at a temperature of 35°C and a humidity of 85%;

After fermentation, brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with chopped corn; place in the middle and lower layers of the oven at 150°C and 165°C, bake for about 30 minutes. Press the surface of the bread lightly to quickly return it to its original shape and take it out of the oven;
