Wash the chicken breast and cut into small cubes.

Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, and a little starch and mix well. Finally, pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Cut the green onions into sections, slice the garlic, wash the green and red peppers, remove the stems, seeds and cut into small pieces, and cut the onions into small pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the diced chicken and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the chicken changes color and is almost cooked, pour it out and set aside.
