Wash the wheat vegetables and cut them into sections of about 5cm, drain the water

Tear the dace into small pieces, smash the garlic, and take 30 pieces of tempeh from the can

Heat oil in a pot, add dace, black bean sauce and garlic and saute until fragrant

Add the wheat vegetables and stir-fry over high heat for a few times until the leaves become soft

Finally add a little salt and chicken essence and stir-fry until flavourful
