Overview
A very basic milky sesame meal bag. It is very simple to make. There is almost no shaping, just rolling it into a round shape. Because all the liquids in the formula are only eggs and pure milk, all the milk has a rich flavor and is very delicious.

Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine in the order of liquid first and then powder, and knead until the expansion stage. Then add the softened butter and knead until the complete stage.

Knead the dough, put it in a basin and cover it with plastic wrap.

Leave to ferment in a warm place until about doubled in size.

Take out the fermented dough and deflate it.

Divide into 10 equal portions, each portion is 35 grams, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for about a quarter of an hour. (The remaining dough was used to make savory cheese bread)

Roll it into a round shape again and place it into a round non-stick mold.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm and humid place until about 2 times in size.

Place in the preheated oven, middle and lower racks, 170 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes.
