Stir-fried watercress with garlic
Overview

Wash the watercress (preferably soak it in salt water for 15 minutes) and mince some garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. I over-stirred it.

Add the watercress and sauté until soft, about 10 minutes.

Just adjust a little salt and sugar (watercress is a bit astringent, so adding some sugar will make it taste better).

Serve on a plate.
