Homemade Pork Floss
Overview
I don’t really like making bread in a bread machine. I made it once that day and I really felt it was not as delicious as baking it in the oven. Like old bread. The skin is still very thick. Later it was used to make meat floss. Pork floss is a favorite of many people. It's delicious when eaten with breakfast or something. What you make yourself is called real meat floss.

A lean piece of meat. Remove the fascial fat. Clean well.

Cut into small pieces and add water to the pot. Add ginger and green onions and bring to a boil over high heat.

After boiling, remove the bleeding water. Cook over low heat until tender.

After cooking, cool it down and put it in a clean bag. Break into pieces with a rolling pin.

If you really can't do it, just tear it off yourself with your hands.

Place into bread machine bucket.

Add light soy sauce. Cooking wine. salt. curry powder.

Start the meat floss program. About an hour or so.

After it's ready, put it out and let it cool, then seal it in a glass bottle.
