Spicy grilled fish-oven version
Overview
This is my husband’s first time cooking, and it’s great! From the first time I went to the supermarket to buy fish to the first time I grilled the fish, my husband completed the entire process independently, and the cooking was decent, haha, it tasted really good!

Ingredients
Steps
-
The grass carp is about two and a half kilograms. It doesn’t need to be too big as it will not be easy to grill. After the fish is cleaned, cut it in half from the middle and slice the back of the fish with a knife
-
Then add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, onion, ginger and garlic slices and marinate for about one to two hours
-
Place tin foil on a baking sheet, place the marinated fish on the baking sheet, bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes
-
At this time, prepare the side dishes according to personal preference. Wash and cut onions, potatoes, broccoli, lotus roots, mushrooms, and fungus. Then use Laoganma, Pixian bean paste, and chili oil to make a bowl of sauce and set aside
-
Pour oil into the pot, stir-fry the side dishes and seasonings evenly, and stir-fry until they are about five or six times cooked
-
Then pour the fried side dishes on the grilled fish and continue grilling for ten minutes, so that the spicy oil from the side dishes can penetrate into the fish, adding more flavor
-
After the grilled fish comes out of the oven, sprinkle with coriander and peanuts, and the fish is covered with all the side dishes
-
Putting the vegetables aside, the fish skin was a little burnt, and it tasted great!
