Wash the selected moon grass, drain and set aside.

Homemade mung bean sprouts, purely natural, no additives and no pollution, wash them clean, control the water, put them in a plate and set aside.

Wash the green peppers, remove the stems and seeds, cut them into pieces and set aside.

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add the green pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the mung bean sprouts and moongrass, season with an appropriate amount of salt and a little five-spice powder, and stir-fry a few times.
