The sweet and sour blackcurrants are delicious no matter what. It’s also great for evaporating cakes. Corn flour and wheat flour mixed dough cake, healthy and nutritious, added with black currant, even better. It tastes better than the cake I bought.

  1. Put corn flour, wheat flour and yeast powder into a basin.

  2. Add water and let the dough rise.

  3. Add black currants to the risen dough and mix well.

  4. Place the dough into a container and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  5. Place the container into a pot of cold water and steam over high heat.

  6. Steam and cut into pieces and enjoy.
