Wash the oysters and steam them in a steamer for 5 minutes.

Pry the meat out of the oysters.

Then wash the oyster meat and drain the water.

Peel the garlic and chop into small pieces. Add to the oil and sauté for a minute. Pour into the oyster meat, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and chili oil.

Place in a steamer and steam for five minutes.

Take out of the pan, mix well and serve.
