Underwater World Custard
Overview
Modify your daily breakfast a little and you will have a different mood. This time I learned the double-steamed egg method to make custard, and it tasted very good.

Steps
-
Grease the bottom of the bowl and crack two eggs.
-
Beat into egg liquid and filter.
-
Add 1.5 to 2 times the salt water to the egg liquid. Stir evenly, then pour out one-third, and add shrimp skin and chopped green onions to the remaining two-thirds of the egg liquid.
-
Put the water in the steamer to boil, cover the bowl of shrimp skin and egg liquid with a plate and put it into the pot.
-
Steam for about 10 minutes.
-
Cut the carrots into small fish, blanch them with a few pieces of green leafy vegetables, and take them out.
-
Remove the custard bowl and plate, pour in the remaining egg liquid, continue to cover the plate and steam for about 5 minutes.
-
Take the custard out of the pan. (This time the amount is a little small, so it shows a little bit of the Shopee color, but it’s okay, it’s the underwater world anyway.)
-
Tear the green vegetables into small waterweeds, add carrots and fish, and then add some green onions to make bubbles.
-
The finished picture was taken with a mobile phone under early morning light, so the natural light is a bit lacking.
