Three small trees - black rice broccoli
Overview
This is designed for children who don’t like to eat broccoli~~Because it is a children’s meal, the portion is quite small. Adults should not eat like this~haha The ingredients used are black rice, broccoli, corn, lemon, and salad dressing. Black rice has high nutritional value and is often used to make porridge; broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables. Blanching can best preserve the sweetness of broccoli; lemons are often sliced and soaked in water with honey to drink, which is very moist~~ Then there is corn, which can be lightly blanched, which is crispy and sweet; and finally there is salad dressing. Boiled broccoli is eaten with salad dressing, which is very appetizing and delicious~~
