Pan-fried scallops
Overview
Scallops are usually steamed with vermicelli noodles. This time, we will do it in a Western style, fry them in butter and drizzle them with sweet and sour sauce!

The purchased scallops are cleaned

Blot up the water with kitchen towel

Put it in a bowl, add some salt, black pepper and cooking wine and marinate for a while

Add a little butter to the pan and melt

Put in the marinated scallops, preferably wrapped in a layer of cornstarch, and fry until both sides change color and take them out
