Braised flower bone fish
Overview
The gentleman who loves to fish for creek fish felt a sense of accomplishment today. He had a good catch. There were wild white fish, grouper, and croaker (I heard that croaker is not easy to take the bait), but they were fresh, and the silver-white fish scales shone in the sun. I picked part of it and made it braised. The fish is really tender and delicious
