100% successful mini puffs
Overview
I love making puffs so much. There was a time when I was crazy about making puffs, and I would make one dish almost every two days. This mini puff is what I often make. It is small and very cute. It is delicious even without filling. Many friends who love baking have tried this recipe of mine, and it has not failed so far, so if you also want to make puffs, you might as well start with this mini puff.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Sift the flour in advance,
-
Set aside for later use,
-
Add butter, water, sugar and salt to the milk pot,
-
Place on the fire, cook until the butter is completely melted and bubbles, turn off the heat,
-
Add flour and use a hand mixer to quickly stir into a dough. There will be a thin film at the bottom. Let cool slightly.
-
Add the egg liquid in three batches and mix thoroughly with a spatula,
-
Scoop up the puff paste and make it look like an inverted triangle. This is the best state for making puffs,
-
Put the puff paste into a piping bag and squeeze it into the baking pan. There are 30 pieces in total. I used a medium 8-tooth piping nozzle,
-
Place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees, with upper and lower heat, and bake for 15 minutes to allow the puffs to expand completely,
-
Then turn to 180 degrees, turn the heat up and down, and bake for 20 minutes, until the puffs are completely cooked, and the inside of the puffs will be hollow at this time,
-
Turn off the heat, take it out, and eat it directly, or add your favorite fillings,
