Cut the lean meat into cubes and marinate with appropriate amount of salt.

Dice the melon and set aside.

Find a large bowl or basin and pour the sweet potato flour into it and set aside.

Heat the pot, add more oil and stir-fry the diced gourd, add more salt, add enough salt to the sweet potato starch and green onions, continue to stir-fry for a while and put in a bowl of water and a rice bowl. Fry until six ripe and shovel into a basin with sweet potato flour.
