Overview
Wild rice is a specialty vegetable in my country and one of the three famous dishes in the south of the Yangtze River. It is fresh and tender in texture and sweet in taste. It is regarded as a good vegetable among vegetables and is known as ginseng in water. Wild rice has the effects of dispelling heat, promoting fluid production, quenching thirst, diuresis, dehumidification, and tonic. It can clear away heat, relieve irritability and relieve hangover. It also has the effects of tonifying deficiency, strengthening the body, and beautifying and losing weight. It is especially suitable for consumption in summer.
