Two-color spiral cookies

Two-color spiral biscuits I have been tinkering with a lot of biscuits recently, and there are a few recipes that my children particularly like, but I can’t always make one shape, so I started working on two-colors. Today I made a two-color spiral shape. I added some almond flakes to the biscuits, which is quite delicious. Ingredients: 90 grams of unsalted butter, 65 grams of egg liquid, 20 grams of cake flour, 180 grams of almond flakes, 15 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder, a small spoonful (I doubled it in actual operation). Crush the almond slices with your hands.

After the butter has softened, add sugar and beat until fluffy.

Add the egg liquid in portions and beat evenly.

Dry in flour.

Mix with a spatula and add the almond slices.

Form the dough with your hands and divide into two equal portions.

Add cocoa powder to one part and knead evenly.

Pack in plastic bags and refrigerate.

Take out the refrigerated dough, place it on oil paper, cover it with another layer of oil paper, and slowly roll it into pieces.

Roll out the cocoa dough in the same way.

Stack two pieces of dough together.

Trim off irregular corners. Roll up.

Wrap in oil paper and refrigerate for two to three hours.

Remove and cut into pieces.

Shape slightly and place on baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance, place the biscuits on the middle shelf of the oven, and wait for about 12 minutes until they are evenly colored and ready to be baked.
