Steps
-
Soak the fried pork skin in hot water, and soak the black fungus and day lily in cold water.
-
Cut the fried pork skin into small triangular pieces.
-
Wash the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
-
Cut green onions into sections.
-
Slice pork belly.
-
Boil water in a pot, add black fungus and daylily to the water for 2 minutes.
-
After picking up the day lily and black fungus, pour in the cut fried pork rinds and let them boil for 3 minutes. Because the homemade fried pig rinds are tougher, the boiling time will be longer. If you buy fried pork rinds from the street, boil them for 1 minute.
-
Heat oil in a pan, fry pork belly over medium-low heat until slightly browned and fragrant.
-
Pour in the fried pork, day lily and black fungus, stir-fry evenly, add 1 tablespoon of water and continue stir-frying over high heat.
-
Add 1 spoon of fish sauce and 0.5 spoon of chicken juice. Fish sauce will be salty, so you don’t need to add additional salt if it has a light taste. If it has a strong taste, you can add an appropriate amount of fish sauce or salt.
-
Grind some white pepper and pour it in. You can add more pepper to taste better. I added 2 times the amount in the picture
-
Stir-fry evenly, stir-fry until the water is slightly dry, add red pepper cubes and green onions, stir-fry evenly.
-
Pour in water starch to thicken, then pour in sesame oil and stir-fry evenly.
-
Plate it and done!
-
Fried pork skin QQ is tough.
-
The daylilies are crisp and tender.
-
The whole dish requires roasted pork belly, fish sauce and an appropriate amount of pepper. As long as you pay attention to these three points, anyone can make it delicious!
