Cut the old tofu into cubes, heat a pan with a little oil until 7-8% hot, add the tofu cubes and fry until golden brown on both sides, then remove and set aside.

Mix 40 grams of tomato paste, half a spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of starch and appropriate amount of water to make a juice.
