Add milk and whipping cream and continue to stir evenly;

Sieve the pudding milk mixture 3 to 4 times. The more times, the more delicate the milk mixture will be. Then let it sit for more than 30 minutes;

Take a large deep baking pan, place the pudding cup into the baking pan, seal it with tin foil, and pour enough hot water into the baking pan. The amount of hot water should cover more than 1/2 of the pudding cup;

After preheating, place the baking sheet into the oven on the middle rack. Set the oven to upper and lower heat, 160 degrees, and bake for about 35 minutes. You can test it with a toothpick. If the toothpick is inserted into the pudding cup and it does not fall over, it means it is cooked;

After baking, take out the pudding cup, wait until room temperature has cooled down, then put it in the refrigerator. It can be eaten after 2 to 3 hours, or it can be refrigerated overnight.
