Overview
Most people still don’t know what moon shrimp cake is. It is a round cake made of two pieces of spring roll skins wrapped with fish paste and shrimp on opposite sides. When fried, it looks like a full moon, which means longing, so it is called moon shrimp cake.

Beat half of the shrimp into shrimp paste, peel part of the skin and keep the shrimp, beat fresh fish meat into fish paste, and beat pig fat into paste; pour all the filling into a plate, add seasoning starch, white sugar, cooking oil, and salt, stir well, and stir evenly.

Sandwich the above-mentioned filling between two pieces of spring roll wrappers, use a toothpick to poke holes in the two spring roll wrappers to allow the wrappers to breathe. After making, place it in the freezer of the refrigerator to freeze to make moon shrimp cakes, as shown in the picture:
