A fresh live bread crab, washed clean with a brush

After cutting into sections, add cooking wine, onion, ginger, black pepper, and a little salt and marinate for two hours

Prepare onions, scallions and ginger

Coat the marinated crab segments with starch and egg liquid

Fry in oil pan until golden brown, remove and drain the oil

Pour the yellow in the crab lid repeatedly with high-temperature oil into the crab lid to quickly lock in the delicious flavor of the yellow and prevent the yellow from breaking easily

Drain the oil from the fried crabs

Stir-fry green onions, ginger, and onions in hot oil pan

Pour in the prepared bread crab

Add Indian curry and stir-fry, then add salt, light soy sauce, honey, Hainan yellow pepper and appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil and simmer for about 45 minutes (can also be adjusted according to different curry tastes)

Remove from pan and serve, add rosemary to garnish
