Egg yolk biscuits
Overview
When I saw this egg yolk biscuit on the Internet, I couldn't help but think of a snack I had when I was a kid called longevity cake. It was yellow on the surface and tasted crispy. I saw that the making process was not very complicated, so I immediately followed suit. However, since there was no piping bag, the egg liquid squeezed out had different shapes and sizes. Although it didn't look very good, it brought back the taste of childhood memories.
